Golgotha's Colonial - Esci / Italeri Zulus

 Herewith, some Zulus by Esci, these are also produced by Italeri. These look like married Zulus. Insufficient shields are provided so I scratch built some additional shields. Oddly I did this by photocopying the plastic shields and then the print out was mounted on cardboard and cut out with a rod placed at the rear. I dislike the rifle Zulus - sets include far too many. They would not have formed units as I have lined them up here. They may come in handy as other armed African troops. 

This shield below is a scratch built one - some of them look better than the originals.
